Here is a new custom sunglasses mesh for FO4. They come in 6 recolours: Black with dark green lenses, Blue with purplish brown lenses, Green with dark yellow-brown lenses, Red with black lenses, Silver with dark blue lenses, and Tortoiseshell with green lenses. They are for men and women.

They install with Nexus Mod Manager, or however you prefer.
You acquire them by crafting them at the Chem station, under Utility. They are all under Ez Small Round Shades, and require 1 plastic and 1 glass to craft. They each add 2 points to both Intelligence and Perception.
Blue, Tortoiseshell and Black:
Green, Red and Silver:
Hancock looks snazzy in Tortoiseshell, LOL.
A problem with custom glasses is that it's always hard to achieve a one-size-fits-all. From my testing, I find they fit most heads OK but some characters have some clipping of the sides of the frames into either their heads or through their ears, depending on how narrow their head is or how big their ears are. I sized them to compromise between Danse with his big sticky-outy ears and MacCready with his narrow head, and hope I achieved a reasonable balance for most!
Thanks for looking, hope you'll find these useful for your characters who need a bit more Intelligence and Perception, and/or just want a snazzy set of round shades!
Mesh made with Milkshape, Outfit Studio and Nifskope. Textures made with Bethesda Archive Extractor, Material Editor, and Photoshop. Packaged and configured with Bethesda Creation Kit.
