I previously had this item uploaded on Mod The Sims but deleted it some time ago. It's the TS3 version of my TS2 Little Retro Rocket Ship.
It's a car clone, so is found in Build/Buy mode in the section with the other cars. Sims teleport into and out of it like they do with regular cars, and it flies through the air. Looks cute flying around town!
