This is an experimental sim I made some time ago just for my own game and never released, because it's a horse cloned from a human sim and I thought it had too many issues to try putting on Mod The Sims. I did have requests for it from players who happened to see it, though, and now decided to bite the bullet and put it here.
It's a conversion of the Sims 3 horse mesh, but uses all human animations rather than animal ones. He is not rideable. So, it will not function realistically as a horse and perfectionists who need everything to be realistic in their games will want to stay away! But for those who would find him a bit of fun, you can give him a try. He is base game compatible, no pets pack needed.
He behaves like a human sim, chatting with other sims, swimming (which he does bottoms-up for some reason), jumping up and down on trash.
Some examples of issues due to being a human sim in a horse's body: When he eats or drinks, the bowl or cup will be suspended in front of his neck (think of it as a magical floating feed bag, ha ha), his use of appliances will be pretty weird (I like the washing-hands animation, though, where he buries his snout in the sink and looks like he's drinking the contents), and playing guitar telekineticly. Also please note that his rear legs will clip into the floor at times and his body will clip through chairs and other seating, and through various other objects his back end comes close to.
To help more with your decision on whether to try this sim or not, here's a video that shows how he walks and then how he amusingly uses the bathtub. His gait is a bit stiff but I did the best I could with bone assignments in this very non-standard creation using a human skeleton with a horse's body.
You can also use him as a base for creating other horse characters. The horses look cute around town. I created three brothers Tom, Dick and Harry Horsefeathers, and Dick got himself a job as a Bartender, and Harry turned up as a Yoga Instructor. (Tom has stayed unemployed so far.) The multicoloured horse shows how they look when doing yoga.

Mr Ned is found ready-made in your Gallery. So you don't have to go looking for his cc, but his body is in the Hairs section in CAS - his entire body is cloned from Hair so that it will stay on in the bath or when naked. (Please note that there will be exceptions such as if the game auto-changes him into a hat that 'takes over' a sim's head and makes them lose their usual hair and outfit, he may turn into a human. In those cases, you need to send him to a mirror and change him back again.)
He comes in 12 different recolours, a mix of natural and unnatural. (The wacky multicoloured one is a remake of a horse I CaSTed in TS3 and wanted for my own TS4 game.) So you have a lot of styles to choose from, including a zebra.

His body is not enabled for random, so you won't have various horses turning up around town.

Thanks for looking, hope you'll find this fun if you decide to use it.
