Here is a recolour set of Piper's trench coat outfit with the male mesh also enabled and made recolourable, and both versions alpha-edited to make the bottom half of the coat whole instead of tattered and full of holes. It comes in Black, Brown, Green, and a colourful Purple combo for your more flamboyant characters.
They are crafted at the Chem Bench, found under the Utility category, with names that start with Ez Piper. They cost two units of leather, give 60 Damage Resistance, 30 Rad Resistance and 1 Luck, and are ballistic weaveable.
They can, as usual, be worn by yourself, companions, and settlers, of both genders.
