Here are five recolours of the Ratty Skirt outfit. They come in Mid-Century Modern style fabrics, in 1) Boomerang, 2) Jangles the Moon Monkey, 3) Rockets, 4) Bright Oblong, and 5) Faded Oblong patterns.
They are crafted at the Chem Bench, found under the Utility menu with names that start with Ez Ratty Skirt. They cost two units of cloth, add 30 Radiation Resistance and 2 Charisma. They are ballistic weaveable, so are very useful for granting both up to 110 damage resistance and 30 rad resistance, as well as some extra CHR. The ballistic weave is particularly useful because, as with the default version, they can't be used with body armour pieces.
They can, as usual, be worn by yourself, companions, and settlers - both gals and guys.
